High-fired stoneware can be used in a regular oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and the freezer. Simply use the same a Pyrex glass dish. Avoid extreme temperature changes, i.e. hot oven to cold water or freezer to oven. Do not used under a broiler or on top of a burner. The best oven temperature is 350-375 degrees. It is best to put the larger pieces into a cold oven without a preheat. Smaller pieces can go into a preheated oven.

Stoneware pottery is very strong and durable. It is fine to clean with dish soap or Ajax on a sponge or brush. Spray with PAM before using for good cleaning results. This product is lead-free. It is made of the same materials that commercial industry uses.
